baltimore county restaurant week Threats from man impersonating officer started with road rage, court docs say

A Baltimore County man arrested Tuesday on accusations he impersonated a police officer was denied bond Friday. Gregory Sumter, 57, is being held without bond after an incident that police said started with road rage. Prosecutors claim Sumter is too dangerous to let out into the community, and a district court judge agreed. Police said Sumter's truck was blocking the access road in the parking lot of the Walmart in Catonsville around 7:20 p.m. Tuesday.
